The Housekeeper Supervisor / Changeover Specialist is responsible for overseeing the cleaning and preparation of cottages between guest stays. This role ensures that every property meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supervising housekeeping teams during cottage changeovers

  • Inspecting cottages before guest arrival

  • Coordinating cleaning schedules and supply management

  • Reporting maintenance issues when identified

  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient turnover process

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading a small team.
